Poor quality and customer service
I was really looking forward to using this Treadmill but I was very disappointed in what I recieved.
This Proform treadmill is really cheaply made and it shows. Very flimsy plastic and noisy motors. The Treads also keep slipping left and right. It isnt worth half of the price they are asking. And good luck trying to return it if it is defective.
The Electronic Console cracked only after 2 weeks of use. Then I started hearing a noise in the motor that got louder as you go faster. I decided to try to have it replaced. They refused to replace it even if it was only 2 weeks old. They sent me parts instead and told me to fix it myself. Eventually after 4 months of calling them every week to repair it they sent me an empty box and an RMA to send it back to them. That was over a month ago and they refuse to give me a refund. So now they have the treadmill and my money. They do not respond to emails and rarely does anyone answer their phones. Buy a proper treadmill from a reputable company. If you do your research they have a very poor customer service track record. DO YOUR RESEARCH don't just take my word for it. I just don't want anyone else going through what I am experiencing.

Good for the money!
I would have to say I researched buying a treadmill for some time and came upon this one for many reasons. 1. it was in my price range. I also saved $87 dollars on the shipping. As for shipment it came fast and was in mint condition. Setup was easy. This machine is a sturdy piece of equipment. Doesn't feel cheap. I will say I wish it would fold up more vertical but with all the features it is more than satisfactory. If your looking for something durable and effective for your exercise needs this will surely be the purchase.

LOVE IT
I absolutely love this machine! It arrived in one piece and assembly was relatively easy! My best friend also ordered this machine and it did arrive damaged but was replaced quickly. I however had no problems and took off running.
The features are great and you feel like you are at the gym without paying for gym memberships and you can watch what you want on TV in the comfort of your home. I did a lot of research as to what model to buy and I highly recommend this product.

Dangerous Machines
Both the Jones and the Smith Machines are very dangerous pieces of equipment that give a false sense of security to those who lift in a commercial gym. You're much better off lifting free weights rather than using a machine that can trap you fix your position and injure your back and knees because of the unnatural movement patterns. A kid in Ohio was nearly killed the other day doing a decline press on a Jones Machine without a spotter.

3. you get a lot of bang for buck (its cheap)
Down side
1. bad sights get a red dot weaver sight
2. mag design is bad get a few extra if you r a hardcore airsoft player
3. no sling mounts
4. mine is half broken b/c i used it all the time but it lasted a while

Dangerous! Cheap Poor Quality - You get what you pay for !!
The bars are very light and feel cheap when you pick them up. No worries I say they're CHEAP and I don't want to shell out the Benjamins for real solid professional equipment. Besides I'm not running a professional gym; it's just me and my son working out in our home gym.
All goes well until the end piece (where the weight plates sit) on the curl bar pops off with no warning. The force of gravity causes the weights to fall with loud noises YIKES what surprise. Loud noises cussing the curl bar twists violently in my hands (one side is now considerably lighter then the other) dents in floor etc. No injuries but certainly could have been broken feet crushed toes and serious wrist and forearm injuries from the sudden violent twist when one side unloaded quickly.
Well now I'm out what I pad for the damn bar and I'm feeling silly to boot. I share my pain only to prevent you from making the same stupid mistake I did. You don't get something for nothing you get what you pay for and cheap equipment will cost you more in the long run.
I will now do what I should have done in the first place namely belly up to the (curl) bar and pay for a solid professional well made curl bar not this junk.

Hunk of Junk
I bought this Smith and Wesson Chief's Special as my first airsoft gun. I was very excited. It worked great...for about three weeks. Even though I took very good care of the gun the cheap spring loader broke. Save yourself some money and buy another brand of airsoft gun. Smith and Wesson stinks.

Good device
The LifeSpan Stretch Partner is a machine I use in conjunction with other stretching devices to maintain flexibility. I am 58-years-old and being flexible become more important each passing year. A person could do the same routine from the floor and without the machine but I have found that having it provides more motivation. My only complaint would be that this machine seems to be designed for a woman or smaller-than-average person.

Do yourself a favor and DONT BUY THIS!
I bought this gun brand new about a few months ago. i used it for about a day until i found how how poorly made this gun was. the Co2 leaked constinly. i went through 15 cartriges in about a week shooting it for like 15 mins a day (15 mins = 1 cartrage) when u reloaded and released the slide all the co2 comes out. then about 2 weeks in the trigger spring broke and it is costing me about $50 to fix it. for people who think blowback pistols are fun there a pain in the ass. just get another gun. KEEP LOOKING.

Overall a decent purchase
Pros:
Very solid. I am 6' 2" 230lbs and have been training for 15yrs and feel comfortable on this machine regardless of how heavy I go.
Great range of excercises that can be performed. the top attachment allows me to place the wide grip bar included in it and perform chinups. The footbar for seated cable rows also allows support to do situps.
Minimal footprint. fits in the corner of my bedroom.
Cons:
Sparse directions. I am fairly machanically inclined but had trouble with the direction which was basically just a diagram. The completion of the pulley system should have had it's own set of directions.
Too short for taller users. If you are over 6' like me you will have trouble with the range of motion not being long enough on back excercises. I believe in a very full range of motion and sometimes have trouble even at the gym though.
Friction. The attachement for the weight slides along grabs preventing a smooth movement as one would be accustomed to from the gym. I'd noticed the gym machines have a fitting for a gease gun to keep their weight attachments lubricated. I greased the bar the weight attachement slides along and viola it eliminated much of the sticking and the movement was better. Again no mention of this in the directions.
Overall I am happy with my purchase and use my machine regularly. If I could change one thing I would lower the seat 2 to 3 inches which would eliminate the range of motion problem for taller lifters.

Powerful FPS Yet Lacks Asthetics
I first came across this sidearm at work; one of the stock workers purchased it and wanted to test the FPS... by shooting himself in the foot. Through the wool socks this S&W gave him a whelp the size of a dime and he kept it for several days showing it off whenever he thought a woman would find it a beauty mark... clearly they did not. After testing it out myself and subsequently being shot myself (he got me from behind) I can personally vouch for the power behind this dandy.
It's 302FPS may not sound like much but between 5-30 feet (typical effective range IMO) you'll know you've been hit and you'll be reminded by that large lump for days. It's controllability is as much as you would expect from an airsoft gun; somewhat easy to control for medium to large sized hands although I heard complaints from younger shooters with smaller hands that it was harder to control. The majority of internal parts are hard metals and not the cheap kind you'd expect from CYMA or other lower-end products. This assures it will last longer than the cheaper competition.
Due to the FPS this S&W has some greater accuracy than your normal inexpensive spring load however the lack of any mounts for a scope means you either have to take it to a machine shop to get one mounted or just take a guess at how to aim. The clear plastic also makes it look ugly when you try to mount any scopes or add-ons to it since they hardly match.
I should note that I do not like air soft guns that are clear plastic. I find those cheap and I feel like a third grader playing with a toy gun when I hold it... more so than usual. It has no asthetic parts such as a supressor (which I find actually stablizes the weapon better) flashlight or scope. These are kinda downsides to us younger audiences that like kewl looking weapons.
I should also stress to parents this weapon SHOULD NOT BE USED BY SMALL CHILDREN or children unfamiliar with firearm safety. While this sidearm will not cause any permanent damage if it can leave two full-grown men groaning in pain for several minutes that have whelps for days imagine what it can do to smaller children. Please parents bear this in mind when purchasing this sidearm or any airsoft weapon.
Overall an 80%. It's not that asthetically pleasing but it will alert your targets when you aim at them.

Lasts long not good.
This was my first airsoft gun and i got it with the extra clip and ammo. The clip only holds ten rounds so if frequently using this buy 1 or 2 more. Mine personaly had a hammer flaw and broke about 4 months after i bought it. It still worked but i had to hold the hammer down when cocking it. I bought another Taurus airsoft gun recently that has almost 3 times the fps. I now just put electric tape around the hammer so that I can cock it without holding the hammer down. If you dont want to worry about it breaking by a hammerless airsoft gun.

Nice Rack
I didn't get mine from Amazon (I ordered it from Jesup Gym) but I thought I'd review it here. This is a nice rack for us non-supermen that aren't moving stacks of 45's every day. I would have no fear putting 300 to 500 pounds on it but if I were lifting much more than that I'd probably shop for a stronger rack (maybe one day). Anyway since there aren't really any instructions (just an exploded drawing) I'll offer my suggestions on assembly.
The way I assembled it was to put the bottom 3 pieces together first (put the feet and plastic parts on now) then add the rear uprights then the top back piece then a front upright and top side piece repeat for other side then chin bar. Snug the bolts at first then tighten them all when it's all assembled. Get them good and tight but don't over tighten because the tubing will start to bend in with a lot of force. You'll need two 3/4" wrenches (a socket wrench and spanner work best). This worked well for me doing it by myself and took about 45 minutes including opening the boxes and laying out the parts.
This rack comes in 3 boxes and can be shipped via a regular carrier. This might be nice to know for those who don't live where a freight carrier can easily get to you. Anyway this rack a bench and a 300 pound set can take you a long way. Add some dumbbells and you'll have a nice little home gym.

Serious home system
I recently purchased this system through Amazon. I work out at home in the AM before work. I was looking for a Smith machine so that I could lift heavy in the basement without the danger presented by free weights w/o a spotter. You'll find Smith machines cheaper than the Caribou but they fit in the category of "home gym" equipment. Commercial machines are generally a lot more expensive than the Caribou. I settled on Caribou because of the solid construction and flexibility to add on features later as my needs demand (such as a pec deck cable cross dip station).
The system delivers in 5 boxes weighing 485# (2 or 3 are more than 100#). I broke the heavy boxes down before taking the equipment to the basement. There are a lot of parts. This is not a hard machine to assemble but it took me 2.5 hours by myself. (I'm handy. Two people would have made the job a little easier but this is not hard to put together alone.)
The system is solid. 300# is easily handled. I don't have need for more but I'd bet another 200# is well within the range of this system.
My only complaint is that the system is a little small. You cannot use the supplied bench with the back upright to support shoulder presses (the bench cannot slide deeply enough into the rack to do that). I do shoulder presses without the bench back raised. The lat pull down and chinning bar are also lower than I'd like (I'm 6'2"). But I compensate by doing pull downs kneeling on the floor and chinning with legs bent 90 degrees at the knees. Frankly a bigger machine would have a hard time fitting into a home so I think this is why the dimensions are what they are. (This is the reason for four vice five stars.) However for bench presses and squats this is a full sized olympic system.
Finally this system doesn't come with weights. I recommend you either buy these used off eBay/Craigs List or look for a deal at Sports Authority. The money you pay to deliver the weights will probably exceed the cost of the weights themselves. (I got a 300# set including an olympic bar for $140 from Sports Authority. Beat that if you can!)
If you're serious about getting/staying in shape at home you cannot go wrong with this system.

Junk
This is not a good machine if you can lift any substantial amounts of weight. It's a little unstable. The hooks that lock into the holes so you can spot yourself don't always line up very well and that kind of sucks when you've just tired yourself out and you want to rack it but you can't...
