GOT TAKEN

Product arrived scratched and cracked. It wouldn't start. The individuals at the phone number at the service center would not assist me even holding for over 25 minutes. I've paid for this piece of equipment and it will continue to gather dust remaining inoperative. I'VE BEEN HAD!
